please be informed that for time being we do not accept the newer version of illustrator, cs6 and corel draw x6 files. for pdf files, kindly send us version 6 or newer. for your information, we are currently using illustrator cs3 and cs5, and corel draw x5 to check your artworks. please also note that we do not reponsitble for any consequences that caused by software incompatibilities.
